Nicotine pouches or caffeine?
I use both strategically. Coffee in the morning. Nicotine in very small amounts during long surgeries for focus. Not cigarettes. Not chronic use. Dose matters. Context matters.

Red light therapy or cold plunge?
Both powerful. Cold is hormetic stress. Red light is regeneration. If I had to choose long term, I go with red light. Mitochondria win.

8 hours of sleep or perfect HRV?
Sleep. Always sleep. HRV is a metric. Sleep is biology. Trackers are accountability tools, not the goal.

Brushing after every meal or once before bed?
For most people, once before bed is essential. Twice daily is ideal. But brushing after every meal is not smart, especially immediately after eating. Let saliva buffer the pH for at least 30 minutes.

Health isn’t about extremes.
It’s about timing, dosage, and biology.

Day 25. I’m in Miami! So grateful to be here, it’s just so weird to be here without him. I am trying to make new memories to replace those moments that replay in my mind when I go to places where we used to be together 😭❤️‍🩹 #breakupsupport #breakuphealing #breakup #adhdinwomen #adhd
