You’re trying to heal your gut…

while doing these… even loss of self- worth alone… it’s NOT gonna happen if your body doesn’t feel its safe!

🔥Comment GUT for my FREE gut healing masterclass 🔥

🔥🔥🔥 ALL of my courses are now on SALE- linked in story and bio 🔥🔥🔥

1. Gluten
→ inflammation, glyphosate exposure, stripped nutrients

2. Popcorn
→ hard to digest, irritates an already damaged gut lining

3. Apple cider vinegar
→ too harsh when HCL is already low (you don’t fix acid by adding more randomly)

4. Air fryer
→ oxidized fats + non-stick/teflon chemicals you’re reheating daily

5. Tap water
→ chlorine, heavy metals… slowly disrupting your microbiome

6. Excess protein (biggest fear- mongering marketing lie)
→ fermentation, bloating, stress on digestion
if this wasn’t true EVERYONE would be healed with the amount of protein obsession in 2026. When something doesn’t make sense it’s time for a different approach!

7. Processed food
→ zero nutrients, high irritation, constant inflammation

8. Alcohol
→ destroys gut lining, feeds dysbiosis

9. Seed oils
→ oxidized, inflammatory, everywhere

10. Stress
→ shuts down digestion, lowers stomach acid, blocks healing completely

And then you wonder why:

you’re bloated
you’re reactive
you’re exhausted
nothing is working

Now THIS is what actually helps 👇🏼

1. Sun (circadian rhythm)
→ regulates your entire system

2. Repair diet (I created it)
→ Actually rebuilding your gut, not by avoiding but eating to heal

3. Laughter
→ nervous system shifts = digestion turns back on

4. Aloe (important how its used)
→ soothes and repairs gut lining

5. Exercise
→ supports digestion + happy chemicals (not extreme training)

6. Quality sleep
→ where healing actually happens

7. Self-worth
→ The root cause of most gut issues

8. Peppermint tea
→ calms and supports digestion

9. Clean water
→ your body runs on it

10. Community
→ sense of belonging= healing

Your gut doesn’t heal from one supplement.

It heals when:
👉 you remove what’s constantly damaging it
👉 and finally give your body what it actually needs

Blue Lights: For police officers in Belfast, the pressure is immense. Facing criminal gangs and divided communities, they don't know who to trust. Gritty, BAFTA-winning drama.
