Community is a huge priority for the leadership team at David Lloyd St Neots, and David Lloyd’s Battlebox concept plays an important role in bringing that community together.

We were proud to help bring the space to life with:
• S7R Wall Balls & Slam Balls
• S7R Sleds
• S7R Battle Rope
• S7R Kettlebells
• S7R Plyo Boxes
• SAQ accessories
• Hyperwear SandBells & Sandbags

Combined with scalable programming, family-friendly sessions and a commitment to keeping the experience evolving year after year, it’s a great example of how savvy design and programming create something members genuinely want to return to - for all seasons. 👊

This doesn’t mean doing more sets at a higher RIR is “wrong” if you prefer it.

But most people focus too much on simply counting total sets, and not enough on how those sets are actually executed.

Fewer sets pushed very close to the limit can often match or exceed the hypertrophy “volume” of more sets performed further from failure, even if it doesn’t look like nearly as much on paper.

P.S. If you want to learn exactly how to put this into action and build your best physique while spending less time in the gym, my complete TrainWise system gives you everything you need.

Inside the app you get:

- Structured low volume high intensity programs (2-4 days per week, works for beginners to advanced)

- Step-by-step progression for consistent strength gains

- Simple nutrition targets (no extreme diets or restrictions)

- Workout tracking, exercise tutorials, and 150+ recipes all in one place

- Adaptable to any equipment (full gym or basic home setup)

The same evidence-based system that’s helped thousands of people achieve their goal physique with maximum efficiency.
