Hillsboro School District denied Mrs. Bulzan reimbursement last school year because of the religious perspective of her curriculum, not its academic quality.
The school year has started, and the District’s new agreement warns families they could be removed from the program for seeking reimbursement for religious materials. We’ve asked a federal court to act quickly, with an expedited hearing and oral argument requested.
