![Jeff Nippard [@jeffnippard] entered 2026 expecting it to be the biggest year of his career.
He had a $3 million research facility, millions of people watching his videos, and plans to create his best content yet.
Then, in March, his fiancée Stephanie Buttermore died suddenly at 36 and after ten years together, Jeff was left trying to navigate a loss that changed everything, including his relationship with training and the work he had spent years building.
In the months that followed, Jeff spoke honestly about struggling to find the motivation to work out again.
He slowly began returning to the gym and making videos, including a 100-day transformation project with his brother that he had filmed before Stephanie’s death.
His story isn’t about having everything figured out or moving on overnight.
It’s about finding his way back to something he loves while carrying a loss that doesn’t simply disappear.
