i enforce a late fee but its not necessary extra money. if i’m running behind due to another client’s tardiness i charge them a late fee but i discount the next client’s service due to the inconvenience so essentially the fee that’s charge is to cover the discount of the following client do i’m losing money for accommodating them for starting at a later time.
