Court has issued a fresh notice to YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a defamation case dating back to 2018. The case was filed by Vikas Pandey, who alleges that Rathee made false and defamatory claims about him in a video published that year.

Pandey has challenged the statements made in the video, claiming they harmed his reputation. The legal dispute has continued for years, bringing renewed attention to the allegations and the proceedings surrounding the video.

The matter is scheduled for its next hearing on October 17. The court proceedings will determine how the case moves forward; the allegations against Rathee remain claims within an ongoing legal dispute, not a final finding of liability.

More newspaper headlines, more videos and podcasts are picking up the story of fake professor Sam Vaknin who has no qualifications and has been predating on vulnerable therapy patients.

Two articles in two days in his country of residence North Macedonia. One of the biggest newspapers has picked up the story, first covering the exposé in the documentary and podcast and then a story on the Chamber of Psychology distancing itself from Sam.

A man accused of snatching a woman's gold chain in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, was injured in a police encounter and arrested.

According to police, the accused, identified as Sawej, was allegedly involved in a chain-snatching incident four days earlier in the Nauchandi police station area.

Police reportedly surrounded the accused during an operation. According to their account, he opened fire, prompting the police to retaliate. The accused sustained a bullet injury to his leg and was subsequently arrested.

A video purportedly showing the accused saying, “I made a mistake; I won't do it again,” has also circulated. However, the exact wording and authenticity of the video could not be independently verified.
