Turns out, the magic might actually live in the things we resist. The uncomfortable. The unfamiliar. The โ€œabsolutely not, that sounds awfulโ€ moments. This week I leaned in. First wellness retreat. Open mind, open heartโ€ฆ mildly suspicious. And somewhere between slowing down, moving my body, feeding myself the most wholesome goodness and surrendering to the experience, something shifted. I left with an energy I havenโ€™t felt in a long time. Lighter. Clearer. Fuller. A beautiful reminder that resistance isnโ€™t always a stop sign. Sometimes itโ€™s an invitation. Growth rarely sends a comfortable invitation. But damn, it throws a good after party. โค๏ธโœจ#staycurious
