Nurses and flight attendants, we gotta do better baby. 😂😂😂 Please get your money up and stop slaving for 12 hours 3 days a week like you are broke!

He made that comment in reply to someone else saying I am a “RN and flight attendant so I will be fine.” Because once again, everyone was so in my business and upset that I was excited about finding an apartment for $1,250 in Dallas.

So, now that we have established that I’m need some money, because I do, I can’t wait to see his donation towards my pilot license. 🤗 I just know he has to be big money! Extra rich! 🤑

So I make a Cash App or Gofundme? I need to know ASAP.

Are you feeling confused by all the fitness advice ? Not sure what to eat, when to eat , when to train, the supplements you need ?? Lets remove the confusion

Meal timing… For fat loss and body composition, your total calories and macros across the whole day matter far more than the time you eat them. Eat at the times that suit your day and your routine

Carbs… Dropping carbs isn’t the reason people lose weight. Dropping calories is. Carbs are your body’s main fuel source, especially for training, so you don’t need to fear them or remove them, You can still enjoy the foods you love and still get results.

Spot reduction… Unfortunately, you can’t choose where you lose body fat. No exercise is going to burn fat from one particular area. Your genetics and hormones decide where it comes off first

Soreness.. Basing your progress on how sore you are isn’t how it works. Soreness mostly comes from new movements or a change in your training, and it changes as your body adapts. You can have one of your most effective sessions and not be sore at all. Track your performance thats were your progress shows

The scale…Weighing yourself daily and stressing over every change doesn’t reflect your progress. Your weight shifts with water, salt, carbs, stress, sleep, digestion and your menstrual cycle, sometimes by 1–2 kg in a day. Track your progress through your energy, training performance, measurements, progress photos, how your clothes fit and how you feel. The scale is just one piece of the puzzle.

Fasted cardio doesn’t burn more body fat. Do your cardio whenever it works best for you

Detox and cleanses… You don’t need detox teas, juice cleanses or special drinks. Your liver and kidneys already do this job.

Supplements can complement your training and performance, but they’re not the reason you get results. Your food, sleep, effort and consistency are.

If you’re sick of being confused by fitness advice and you’re ready to get results without the noise, you’re in the right place. Comment HELP below or send me a DM, and let’s take the guesswork out, teaching you lifestyle habits that are actually sustainable
