Wow. Seventy is getting close...fast! That's okay. Every day is a new one - full of promise, surprise and opportunity. Movement, of any kind, makes it better. Dare I say...even sitting? So, yesterday afternoon I noticed these two trees in my outdoor gym and their close proximity to each other. My gosh, there was even an little support tree to help get me into position while holding my apple. And just like that, I took sitting to another level ... quite literally.. This sitting is different. Nothing happens in a chair, but here between the trees? Let me share what's happening: *quad strengthening *glute strengthening *core stability *isometric strength *muscular endurance *creative thinking *different perspective *looks ridiculously cool A NOTE OF CAUTION: This is an advanced move - an unconventional hold. Slipping could cause a fall.
