SEPTEMBER 2025: MY LAST MEET. OCTOBER 2026: MY COMEBACK. 🥹❤️‍🔥 24lbs down. From 125kg to 110kg weight class. Ten months post-patellar tendon repair. There were moments— real moments— when returning to the platform felt impossible. I had to rebuild my strength, relearn my body, and accept that healing wouldn't happen on my timeline. I went from needing help with everyday tasks to fighting my way back beneath the bar. There were tears, setbacks, and days when the finish line felt impossibly far. But when my belief began to run thin, my coach @team83elite reminded me of the strength within. When I couldn't see how far I could go, my coach believed in me until I could believe it myself. BUT LOOK AT GOD. LOOK AT THE WORK. LOOK AT THE COMEBACK. 🙌🏾 I'm back at 325 pounds— my ALL-TIME PR. A weight I've only hit ONCE in my life. 🥹💪🏾 This is bigger than lifting weights. Bigger than numbers on a bar. This is faith that carried me, even when the road got hard. Resilience when I wanted to retreat. Patience when progress moved slow. And the courage to keep showing up when I didn't know how far I could go. I refuse to let one of the hardest seasons of my life write the ending of my story. What I thought might break me became another chapter in God's unfolding glory. I've been tested. Humbled. Broken open. Rebuilt. EIGHT DAYS UNTIL MEET DAY! 🔥 And no matter what happens when I step onto that platform, I already know what it took to get here. Every tear. Every setback. Every quiet victory. Nobody can take that away from me. Because the real victory is everything it took to become the woman standing here today. THE COMEBACK MEANS MORE THAN ANYONE WILL EVER KNOW. ❤️‍🔥 This is my LAST lifting video until meet day. 👀 BYEEEEEEEE! 👋🏾 . . #powerliftingprep #powerliftingtraining #deadlifts #womenwholiftweights #patellatendonrupturerecovery

Stage 3 means HIV has progressed to AIDS, which can happen when HIV goes undiagnosed and untreated.* 💜 Okay SIS let’s talk real quick!! PrEP is for women too. Getting tested and knowing your status is part of taking care of YOU, period. SisterLove has Atlanta women covered with sexual health resources like how to get started on PrEP  or if you need breast health resources, food assistance, housing support, and legal services— ALL FOR FREE!
