Applications are now open for Fall 2027 admission to San Jose State University’s Master of Design with Specialization in Experience Design (MDes XD).
MDes XD is a two-year graduate program for designers interested in exploring the evolving relationships between people, technology, systems, and experiences. Through multidisciplinary studio practice, research, prototyping, and thesis-driven inquiry, students develop new ways of understanding and shaping complex design challenges.
Study in the heart of Silicon Valley while developing your own voice, methods, and direction as a designer.
Applications are open now through February 1.
Curious about the program? Join our October information session to meet faculty, learn about the curriculum and application process, and ask questions. Link in the bio!
