Pivoted the Wrong Direction

New York City is moving toward ending its horse-drawn carriage industry after more than 150 years. Mayor Zohran Mamdani and City Council Speaker Julie Menin have reached an agreement to phase out the industry by June 2028, with a City Council vote scheduled for October 22. The proposed legislation would also provide career support for carriage drivers and require horses to be sold humanely as the industry winds down. The agreement marks a major step toward ending one of New York City's longest-running tourist traditions, although the ban still requires legislative approval. #viral #pubity
To the absolute finest gentleman on campus!!! My name is Mia Kurth and I am a junior in Alpha Chi Omega! To say I’ve had the honor and privilege to serve as your sweetheart this past year would be an understatement. Having the opportunity to represent you guys has been one of my sweetest achievements.😊 My statement from last year still stands, as when i hopefully have a son one day, i will raise him in the values that sigma nu has taught me, because there truly is no finer gentleman than a sigma nu. Cheers to endless nights in the rose, fostering growth for the future, and changing children’s lives one step at a time. With that being said I am so excited to announce I am running for WHITE ROSE QUEEN 👑 🌹🐍 #LTH #FTK #knowyourkurth

I uvek ću ponosno stajati iza nje.

Feelin’ good and inspired to work with this beautiful cadre of artists - I’m smilin’ and shaking my head knowing the luminous life they’ll breathe into their roles for Benny Safdie’s ‘Lizard Music’. Lizard Music has been quite the exciting, unique and ambitious swing. Immensely challenging, but a true gift it’s been. Grateful for the role. Thank you to our @amazonmgmstudios and producing partners. UA’s Scott Stuber and Nick Nesbitt, David Koplan, Benny Safdie. What a cast and experience, and can’t wait for you and your families to experience this as well. #LizardMusic🦎🎶
