But “The Oval” actor is disputing her account. He says she knew about his diagnosis, he always used protection and their relationship wasn’t exclusive. He also argues she cannot prove he gave it to her.
She is suing for negligence and battery. The allegations have not been proven in court.

This is a common infection, about 80% of the population. It is embarrassing, sure! However, the doctors don’t even test anymore for this…as they only do so on request because it is not a life threatening disease. Wear protection at all times is the key.
