Ours is made with Heritage Breed Duroc pork, zero MSG, and no artificial coloring. It’s the same recipe served at @estrellitafilipino, our MICHELIN Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurant. We never diluted it to make it easier to sell, because Filipino cuisine deserves a place beside the world’s great cuisines.
