LOBSTER WELLINGTON 🦞 I still remember how nervous I was when I made the classic Beef Wellington for the first time - I was so worried it wouldn’t turn out right. Now I create new variations myself - I’ve made salmon, tuna, quail, a burger, lasagna, a sandwich, and now… Lobster Wellington! Just like with anything else, the key is practice and persistence ❤️ It’s especially wonderful to share this dish with someone close while enjoying the scent of New York and Abu Dhabicandles - you already know where to find the best ones 😌 Which type of baking do you prefer - sweet or savory?
At 32, I stand in my 16,000-square-foot store and look back on the 15 years that brought me here. At 17, I left school and stepped into the real world. I set up street stalls and learned to tattoo. I married and divorced. The marriage didn’t work, but I gained two beautiful children, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. At 25, I started my own brand, inspired by ethnic aesthetics. I went from factory to factory, packed and shipped orders myself, made my first real money, and bought my first car. At 29, I held my first brand launch event. At 32, I returned to Inner Mongolia🇨🇳and opened my first multi-brand store. At 16,000 square feet, it’s more than a retail space. I want to create opportunities for more people and build alongside other women—women who are lost, still finding their way, or ready to dream bigger. The past 15 years brought mistakes, hurt, and joy. I’ve been lucky to have a team that stands by me and supporters who have stayed with me. I’m more grateful than words can say. This store reflects everything it took to get here. And in many ways, it’s just the beginning. I know what’s being said about me online. I’ve seen the criticism and insults. I no longer feel the need to explain myself. People judge what they see on the surface. Few stop to consider what it takes to build something from the ground up. Scattered details become a whole story in someone else’s mind, and they think they know who I am. But they weren’t there for the 15 years it took me to become the person I am today. To me, strength isn’t about having the last word or answering every critic. It’s about knowing what matters to you and having the courage to keep going, even when others don’t understand. You don’t have to prove yourself to everyone. You just have to know what you’re building and why. Let people talk. I know what I’ve built, what it took to get here, and where I’m going next. There will always be noise along the way. I’ve simply learned not to mistake it for my direction.
