I am so thrilled to share that my new book Clodagh At Home is published today! 🎉🥰💚

You can order your copy via the link in my bio.

It is the most beautiful book that I have created yet, with my co-writer, our farm @broadspear 💚

It has over 100 beautiful recipes and curated seasonal menus - from one‑pot weeknight suppers and tray‑bake dinners, to long Sunday lunches, big gatherings and the celebration feasts that anchor our year. There are menus for Christmas, Easter, St Patricks Day, the Perfect Dinner Party and seasonal suppers.

This book is quite different to all my other books in that it is also the story of our farm with essays, and collages of images that I have taken over the years as we restored our farm. Excited to share the stories of our animals, walled vegetable garden, the pickling shed, the beehives and of course our pub, The Cork Arms!

I hope you will love this book, and it will become part of your everyday at home. ♥️

Thank you to everyone that has worked on this book ♥️🥰

Sometimes dinner just says “Brunch please.”… There is no other dish more iconic as “Brunch” than Eggs Benedict. From the ground up, this plate begins with a Freshly Baked Croissant, halved lengthwise and toasted. The meat component is some Homemade Corned Beef I found in the freezer. Jammy Poached Eggs Tucked in and were baptized in a lush Cheese Sauce. Roasted Broccoli with a squirt of Lemon punctuated the rich main. Truly the formula for bringing weekend elegance to a Monday night.
