OSSOFF on Trump Corruption: If you're involved in any of this, next year, you'll be raising your right hand and swearing to tell the truth, the whole truth, and and nothing but the truth, so help you God in front of the United States Congress
Born with congenital scoliosis, 17-year-old Sririta Phikun has always longed to walk upright and be treated like everyone else. β€œI didn’t want people to think I was weaker than them, and for them to judge me because I look different,” she said. After years of surgeries, including a high-risk operation on her 17th birthday, she is now able to walk upright. As she continues to recover, Sririta is looking forward to returning to school next year, learning to swim, and pursuing her dream of working in aviation or nursing. She also no longer draws the same unwanted attention when she goes out. "I'm very grateful for a lot of things," she said. #mothershipsocialsoriginals
First, I made it a GOAL. Without a goal, I have no plan. Without a plan, I take no action. The first thing I did when I turned 70 in January was pick this October beach vacation. I need a date. I need a point in time to hold me accountable. I had 8 months to train my glutes with focus. I trained them twice a week, but I didn't change my training schedule. I still trained just 4 days a week for an hour. What changed was my intensity. I trained with more focus, pushed a little harder, and lifted a little heavier. I stay somewhat lean all year, but not lean enough to wear a thong! So, 9 weeks out, I started eating leaner, but I still kept my 3 cheat meals a week. I was actually ready in about 7 weeks, so I had to start eating more, adding additional carbs and protein. Otherwise, I would have just ended up skinny. All my cardio is done at home on a Stair Climber before breakfast. Over those 9 weeks, I went from 20 minutes and 1,000 steps to 30 minutes and 2,500 steps by increasing the speed. I usually did the Stair Climber 5–6 days a week. And yes, we still had our 3 date nights a week! Can I do this again at 71? Well, I'm actually only about 3 months away, so I've already made another GOAL. I want to improve on what I did at 70. I started this week. A GOAL. A PLAN. A DATE. And a REASON to push myself. . . #IFBBPRO #Glutes #WeightTraining #FitnessMotivation #Bodybuilding

I GOT TO SING WITH THE SEX PISTOLS!!!!! still cant believe this happened. I begged these guys every night to play silly thing like an annoying little child, and somehow, on one of the last nights of tour, they finally agreed and asked if id sing it with them. What the hell!!!!! My mind is still blown. This band is so important to me, nevermind the bollocks and the great rock n roll swindle were some of the first records i ever bought with my own money when i was about 11 or 12 years old. This song is also so special and so fucking good, ive always thought it deserves more recognition. LONG LIVE THE PISTOLS AND LONG LIVE SILLY THING!!!! THANK U FOR A WONDERFUL TOUR I WISH IT COULD LAST FOREVER @cartercookjonesmatlock @sexpistols @jonesysjukebox @frankcarter23 @glenmatlock1 @paulcook πŸ’›πŸ’„πŸ§· photos by @meganmagdalena
