Let me share my first-year hunting experiences with you all. Initially, I had a clear goal: to kill a doe or a buck. However, as the hunting season progressed, I reached the midpoint and began to understand the deeper teachings of the hunt. God has a plan for my hunting future, and I’ve learned that patience and enjoying the woods are key.

Instead of rushing into the woods and expecting a kill every time, I’ve been reminded to think clearly, clear my mind, and avoid rushing at shots. I’ve realized that the hunt is not just about getting a kill; it’s about enjoying nature and appreciating the experience.

Once I’ve learned this lesson and proven myself to be ready, I know that God will reward me with my first deer. It’s a patient game that requires a clear mindset, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.
