if you’re an overachiever like me, testing whether you’re actually tired, have no time, or you’re simply unmotivated using the 5 minute rule feels like less an accomplishment when you stop 5 minutes into a 30 minute workout

So, I made 5 minute stackable workouts

Feeling low on energy? Do one
Have a stacked day of laundry, babies, and meetings, just do one 5 minutes session.
Feeling motivated and energized after completing one, try another!

Doing this has helped me many times go into a workout session with the intention of only doing 5 minutes, but ending up doing 30+ mins of movement!!

Don’t let the shortness of these workouts fool you though!! These workouts pack the burn 🔥🔥 just ask the homies in @growwithjo_home
