The Days of Holland, aka Hollandaise. Today was sourdough drop day by @deethedoughdealer where I finally got some English muffins. Fitting time to have eggs Benedict for dinner. Home cured peameal/Canadian bacon, poached eggs and simple Hollandaise. I hadn’t posted sous vide egg bites, so I made some fried hash brown cups for the bacon & Gouda egg bites. Silicone molds and the Anova steam oven make them simple for batch cooking. #sourdough #brinner #anovaculinary #pqubedpfood
