🍵 Trying @madeinmatchaco’s single cultivar ceremonial grade matcha today. Described as “sweet, silky, faintly floral, with a clean astringency that lifts rather than lingers”, this matcha comes through even in a milky latte.

Mr J’s coffee equivalent in the morning is a matcha latte and for years we used culinary grade matcha not knowing any better.

But once you’ve had ceremonial grade it’s very hard to go back 🙈
