Let’s talk about this moment….

This was Pentecost Sunday and according to my calculations I got pregnant very close to this encounter.

My Pastor was ministering and began an altar call. The altar was packed so he asked all the preachers to begin helping and praying for those postured on the altar. I did with no hesitation as I always do, anointed my hands and began to pray with those crying out to be filled again.

Towards the end my Pastor called for women who were barren to come forth. This wasn’t the first time I had publicly stood in a prayer line and believed God for my womb to be opened. Once again my private prayer is met with public agreement, other believers who also believe that God is able and I approached this moment by faith again.

What was going through my mind????? “God you promised it and I believe it!” That was it! NOW let’s be clear, I hadn’t done anything special, what happened in that moment was God’s Sovereignty looked upon me and declared that it was my turn.

Here’s where I want to encourage every woman who’s yet waiting…. YOUR TURN IS COMING!! While you’re waiting, rejoice with others. Go to the baby showers, ask about how their pregnancy is going, celebrate with your friends who got married after you but got pregnant before you b/c your turn is coming and how you wait matters.

Trust me! I know that waiting is easier said than done. To many I got married late and now I’m behind again at 41 and only having my first child. Hear me clear, what’s late to you or to them is perfect time for God! The waiting is working for your good bookie! Keep waiting and let God work ❤️
