* 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭 * The Indian fine dining restaurant scene in London is booming at the moment. Another restaurant to add to the pantheon of greats is @thepemrestaurant. Recently opened by national treasure @romygill at @conradlondonsj, it is a true labour of love for Romy. The decor is elegant, refined with abundant use of deep reds, which delivers on a sense of occasions when dining there. The tasting menu is a greatest hits of Romy's signature dishes. Her samosa chaat reminds her of her childhood and is a vibrant mixture of flavours and textures. The butter chicken was incredibly creamy, comforting and warming. It's served with rice, naan and her reassuring lentil dhal. My favourite, however was her tandoori lamb chops.
