One of my favourite parts of the job…BUCS meetings!

Great chance to get BUCS updates, network, listen to guest speakers and catch up with my fellow sabbatical officers from across the region…we might even have something special up our sleeves 😏

I may or may not have shed an actual tear making this (a happy one)🥰

At the weekend, we held our Mixed Gender Netball Tournament at LUU, hosted at The Edge. So many people from lots of all different backgrounds came together and played some cracking netball!

Well done to everyone who participated, and of course to the @luu_studentgroups team who helped made it happen 💚 Absolutely couldn’t have done it without you!

Now more than ever, it is so important that safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to participate in sports are created. Everyone knows the benefits of sports participation, so to exclude a group from this is crazy, and not something we want to do here at @leedsuniunion 🟢

Also have to say a great knee slide from @thegryphon Dan 😜
