I have a very intuitive approach to cooking. I follow recipes, but I never make them the same way twice. I love experimenting with new things.

I’m a very positive person, I adapt easily and I’m good at finding solutions. But there are days when I have less energy and can be a bit self-destructive.

I’m much more excited about going to a market than watching the Champions League final.

Right now, one of the things that motivates me the most is getting to know and working alongside chefs whose cooking, style and philosophy I admire.

I don’t have much experience cooking luxury ingredients such as lobster, caviar or Wagyu. I guess that, to me, luxury is more about something cooked over an open fire.

Working with Júlia has been the best decision of my life.

There’s nothing quite like working with fresh, seasonal produce.

I know that exercising and spending time in nature make me feel really good. I should make more time for them.

I’m very affectionate. I’m always up for a cuddle or a hug, although sometimes I hold back because I worry about what people might think of me.

Every now and then, I fuck things up and learn from my mistakes.

I eat fast, very fast! And I’m a big fan of food, a very big fan!
