Gràcies, @muiclevisuals, per aquestes fotos tan precioses :) by @cintet

Gràcies a tothom qui vau venir, ens veiem aviat <3

Wagyu sessions, a new four-recipe series coming up

I’ve been experimenting and cooking with different cuts of wagyu. It’s a product I haven’t had much experience cooking with until now, so I’ve taken this opportunity to experiment, try different flavour combinations and, above all, learn a little more about such a special and premium product.

Stay tuned and don’t miss the sessions <3

<3 by @cintet

Last weekend, I had the chance to travel to Izmir, Türkiye, to attend @izmirgastrofest

Under the theme Food and Memory, the festival made me reflect on everything behind a dish, beyond flavour and technique. Because gastronomy is also about memory, culture, territory and identity.

Recipes passed down from grandparents to grandchildren, dishes that take us back to our childhood, traditions that travel with people when they migrate… All of this is also part of what we eat and who we are.

And I think there’s something really beautiful about the idea that, when we cook and share a recipe, we’re not just passing on ingredients and techniques, but also a part of our history.

An experience full of new learnings, new flavours and an even greater desire to keep discovering different cultures through gastronomy. by @cintet

Sèsam blanc i negre
Fonoll
Orenga
Romaní i farigola
Bitxo/pebrot sec picant
Pebre negre en gra
Pebre rosa
Pebre de seshuan
All

Oli d’oliva suau
Sal
Sucre
Vinagre

Gràcies de tot cor<3 by @cintet

About me 1.0

I have a very intuitive approach to cooking. I follow recipes, but I never make them the same way twice. I love experimenting with new things.

I’m a very positive person, I adapt easily and I’m good at finding solutions. But there are days when I have less energy and can be a bit self-destructive.

I’m much more excited about going to a market than watching the Champions League final.

Right now, one of the things that motivates me the most is getting to know and working alongside chefs whose cooking, style and philosophy I admire.

I don’t have much experience cooking luxury ingredients such as lobster, caviar or Wagyu. I guess that, to me, luxury is more about something cooked over an open fire.

Working with Júlia has been the best decision of my life.

There’s nothing quite like working with fresh, seasonal produce.

I know that exercising and spending time in nature make me feel really good. I should make more time for them.

I’m very affectionate. I’m always up for a cuddle or a hug, although sometimes I hold back because I worry about what people might think of me.

Every now and then, I fuck things up and learn from my mistakes.

I eat fast, very fast! And I’m a big fan of food, a very big fan! by @cintet
