The fully faired BMW F 450 RR is the latest addition to the brand’s ‘450’ platform, arriving just a couple of weeks after the F 450 R made its debut. On the RR, the 420cc parallel-twin produces an identical 48hp at 8,750rpm and 43Nm at 6,750rpm.
Like the F 450 R, the RR will be available in four variants internationally – Base, Sport, M Sport and M Sport with Innovation Package – with the top-spec version adding BMW’s Easy Ride Clutch. Standard kit across the range includes ABS Pro, traction control, three riding modes and a 6.5-inch TFT display. Kerb weight stands at 177kg (178kg with the ERC), and with the standard seat height of 790mm should make it an accessible motorcycle.
