IMO: I have never been registered. And I’ve never been asked. I see them as a registry. The end. I have way better things to spend my hard earned *little* money. Honestly, I think teaching gives you way more credentials than any certification. I feel like if they wanted to help, they could use their money to advocate for us getting paid better, instead of paying their CEO the amount of money they do.

I've never had so many likes on a comment as the one I made on their post! And I also have only used YA to track my hours. No one has asked for YA credentials, and I have gotten nothing out of it. Wish the changes would have happened before I upgraded my registration after I completed my 300hr training a few months ago 🙄

I havent done too much deep diving yet, but a quick skim shows me their regulatory agency for ethics integration is abbreviated I C E and the absolute lack of reading the room in that alone is wild to me.
