Not every pain needs advice. Sometimes the words meant to help only remind someone how far they feel from okay. Before telling someone to push through, ask how they’re really doing, and then just listen. Btw, this is page 44 of “the morning after” by hayley grace, a book about pain, healing, and learning to live with the parts of you that still hurt. If you’d like to read it, comment “yellow” and I’ll send you the book. If you or someone you know is having a difficult time, free support is available. ✨ 8 YEARS AGO THIS WEEK, HISTORY WAS MADE! ✨ I still remember when I first started with @WWE , there were events where I was the ONLY woman on the entire show. Fast forward to October 28, 2018, and there I was, witnessing history at the very first all-women’s WWE EVOLUTION! 💪❤️ What an incredible honor it was to be part of an event dedicated entirely to showcasing the extraordinary athleticism, talent, strength, and passion of the women of WWE! To see how far we had come and to watch these amazing women get the spotlight they so deserved was something I’ll never forget. I love these women SO much!!! Here’s to breaking barriers, making history, and continuing to EVOLVE! 🙌🔥…and to getting to terminal C 😂 - (slide 14) . . #WWEEvolution #WWE #WomensEvolution #MakingHistory #WomenOfWWE
