"Words cannot express how amazing Lisa is She went above and beyond in selling our home We moved out of country and she answered all messages timely and communication was flawless. She was never not in touch with us when it came to what was happening with our home. Her 1 goal was to put us first and making sure we were happy with every step of the process. Her expertise and knowledge really helped in the final stretch and we trusted her 100 because she was also 100 honest with us about everything. We had tried 3 other realtors® before we found Lisa and the difference in communication, professionalism and honesty was shown on day 1. The only thing we wish was different is that we found her sooner Thank you so much for everything Lisa -Kevin Neil"

In a challenging Shady Acres market with plenty of competing inventory, my sellers had already relocated overseas and were ready to sell.
A strategic price reduction brought multiple offers, but our first contract fell through. Thankfully, we had Plan B! We quickly secured another buyer and closed even sooner, with better terms than the original contract!
The key to success? Understanding my clients’ goals, honest communication, and knowing when to negotiate, stand firm, or move on.
And a little advice for buyers: When you’ve negotiated a great deal, don’t risk losing it by pushing for even more during the option period. There may be another buyer ready to take your place!
With more contracts falling apart in today’s market, experience matters, and so do Plans B, C, and D!
