⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review "Words cannot express how amazing Lisa is She went above and beyond in selling our home We moved out of country and she answered all messages timely and communication was flawless. She was never not in touch with us when it came to what was happening with our home. Her 1 goal was to put us first and making sure we were happy with every step of the process. Her expertise and knowledge really helped in the final stretch and we trusted her 100 because she was also 100 honest with us about everything. We had tried 3 other realtors® before we found Lisa and the difference in communication, professionalism and honesty was shown on day 1. The only thing we wish was different is that we found her sooner Thank you so much for everything Lisa -Kevin Neil" This review means so much because this was NOT an easy transaction! ❤️ In a challenging Shady Acres market with plenty of competing inventory, my sellers had already relocated overseas and were ready to sell. A strategic price reduction brought multiple offers, but our first contract fell through. Thankfully, we had Plan B! We quickly secured another buyer and closed even sooner, with better terms than the original contract! The key to success? Understanding my clients’ goals, honest communication, and knowing when to negotiate, stand firm, or move on. And a little advice for buyers: When you’ve negotiated a great deal, don’t risk losing it by pushing for even more during the option period. There may be another buyer ready to take your place! With more contracts falling apart in today’s market, experience matters, and so do Plans B, C, and D! Most importantly, THANK YOU to my sellers for trusting me to navigate this process from overseas. Your kind words mean so much! Real estate isn’t always easy, but great communication, teamwork, and strategy make all the difference! 🏡🥂 #HoustonRealtorLisaRigdon #HoustonGardenOaksOakForestRealtor #ShadyAcresHouston #HoustonRealEstate by @lisa.r.rigdon
It’s been a busy month of closings! 🥳 But not every real estate story is a straight line from For Sale to Sold. This year’s market has had its challenges, and we’re seeing more deals fall apart than usual. Not because there’s anything wrong with the home, but sometimes because buyers simply get cold feet. With higher mortgage rates, uncertainty and national headlines constantly in the background, buyers can understandably get nervous. Purchasing a home is a major financial decision, and sometimes that uncertainty leads buyers to put their plans on hold—even when they’ve found a home they love. That happened with this beautiful Oak Forest home. Nothing wrong, just the first buyer got cold feet. It was disappointing, but my sellers trusted me, trusted the process, and we went right back to work. Within just a few days, we had multiple offers and found the perfect new buyer and sometimes things really do work out exactly as they should. That little bit of extra time actually gave my sellers the breathing room they needed for the completion and closing of their new construction home nearby. As agents, we don’t always talk about the challenges behind a transaction. We usually just put our heads down, solve the problem and keep moving toward the closing table. Celebrating the wins for our clients is what keeps us doing what we do! I’m incredibly appreciative of my sellers for trusting me to guide them through the unexpected turns—and very happy to see this chapter come together so well in the end. Thinking about buying or selling in Oak Forest, Garden Oaks or Houston’s close-in neighborhoods? I’d love to help you navigate the market—especially when the path isn’t perfectly straight. #HoustonGardenOaksOakForestRealtor #HoustonRealtorLisaRigdon #OakForestHouston #HoustonRealEstate #HoustonRealtor by @lisa.r.rigdon
Are buyers still buying with today’s mortgage rates? YES! 🏡I have 4 closings in the next 2 weeks — proof that buyers are still making moves in today’s market. But today, understanding the numbers and having the right strategy matters more than ever. That means working with great lenders, understanding your financing options, knowing how rate buydowns work, negotiating seller concessions, and looking at the entire deal — not just the interest rate. There can be opportunities in this market for buyers who know how to find them and structure the right offer. If you’re thinking about buying in Houston, reach out. Let’s run the numbers, talk through your options, and build a strategy that makes sense for you. 📲 Lisa Rigdon | 346-298-0452 LisaRigdon@kw.com #HoustonRealtorLisaRigdon #HoustonGardenOaksOakForestRealtor #HoustonCloseInRealtor #HoustonTX by @lisa.r.rigdon

Most of you know I love open houses… and this is why! ❤️ I met these clients several years ago at an open house. The home they came to see had actually sold that morning, but we started talking, began looking together, and soon found a great investment opportunity. Fast forward a few years, a few transactions, and several projects later — including them helping remodel my own home — and today we found ourselves sitting at the closing table together once again. Most of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust and loyalty my clients place in me. Real estate may be what brings us together, but over the years, so many of these relationships become much more than that. To me, my clients really do become like family. A special thank you to @thuphi.htx for one of the fastest fundings ever, and to @joel.wahl.houston.realtor — it’s always a pleasure to have a great agent on the other side of a transaction! Congratulations on your beautiful new home! 🥂🏡 Cheers to happy times, new beginnings, and building wonderful memories there. I’m so happy to have been part of the journey! #HoustonRealtorLisaRigdon #SpringBranchHoustonRealEstate #HoustonRealtor #HoustonRealEstate #HoustonHomeBuyers by @lisa.r.rigdon
