somewhere in nocterra. it’s been quiet lately. almost too quiet. the lights have been staying on later. strange signals have started coming through after midnight. people around the city keep saying they’ve been seeing the same symbols in places they weren’t there before. nobody really knows what it means yet. but you can feel something shifting. like the whole city is waiting for something to happen. whatever’s coming… it’s getting closer.

Here's my personal ranking of some of the best winter treks in Uttarakhand:

بادمجون‌پلو قزوینی؛ یه پلوی خوشمزه و جون‌دار برای عاشقای بادمجون!
ترکیب بادمجون سرخ‌شده، گوجه، گوشت چرخ‌کرده و برنج زعفرونی…
مگه داریم خوشمزه‌تر از این؟ 😍🤌🏻

مواد لازم:

* برنج
* بادمجون
* گوشت چرخ‌کرده
* پیاز
* گوجه‌فرنگی
* رب گوجه‌فرنگی
* نمک، فلفل و زردچوبه
* زعفران دم‌کرده و روغن

طرز تهیه:
۱. بادمجون و گوجه رو حلقه‌ای برش بزنید و سرخ کنید.

۲. پیاز خردشده رو تفت بدید، گوشت چرخ‌کرده رو اضافه کنید و با ادویه‌ها تفت بدید. رب رو اضافه کنید و بعد از تفت‌دادن، کمی آب بریزید تا گوشت بپزه و آبش کشیده بشه.

۳. برنج خیس‌خورده رو آبکش کنید.

۴. کف قابلمه نون یا سیب‌زمینی بذارید و برنج، گوشت، بادمجون و گوجه رو لایه‌لایه بچینید. کمی زعفران دم‌کرده هم اضافه کنید.

۵. دم‌کنی بذارید و اجازه بدید پلو با حرارت ملایم دم بکشه.

حالا یه پلوی خوش‌رنگ و خوش‌عطر داریم که با یه کاسه ماست حسابی می‌چسبه! 😋❤
