One of London’s lesser-known coffee discoveries, now brewing at Saint Espresso.
We’ve been making our homemade cascara syrup for a long while, including in our signature ‘Coffee Meets Tea’ Matcha Clouds. Now we’re brewing it and serving it as a tea across our sites.
Made from the sun-dried husks of Costa Rican coffee cherries, cascara is naturally sweet, with notes of cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant. A sustainable use of a coffee by-product that also provides farmers with an additional income stream.
