One of London’s lesser-known coffee discoveries, now brewing at Saint Espresso. We’ve been making our homemade cascara syrup for a long while, including in our signature ‘Coffee Meets Tea’ Matcha Clouds. Now we’re brewing it and serving it as a tea across our sites. Made from the sun-dried husks of Costa Rican coffee cherries, cascara is naturally sweet, with notes of cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant. A sustainable use of a coffee by-product that also provides farmers with an additional income stream. A very rare find on London’s drinks menus and the perfect winter warmer ☕️ by @saintespresso
12 Years of Saint Espresso | Capulinero 🇨🇷☕️ To celebrate 12 years of Saint Espresso, we welcomed back a true Saint favourite: Capulinero, from the Ureña family in Tarrazú, Costa Rica. Born from an unexpected fermentation process following heavy rainfall, this exceptional coffee is a beautiful example of innovation and experimentation. 🍒 Black cherry & tawny port 🍫 Dark chocolate truffle ☕ Rich, complex & beautifully lingering Released barely a week ago, we’re already down to the very last few bags, with limited stock remaining at just a handful of our coffee bars 🖤 by @saintespresso

Angel Filter - Rwamatamu, Rwanda 🇷🇼 ☕️ We’re really excited to share our newest Angel Filter, from Rwamatamu, grown high in the hills of Rwanda. Volcanic soils, a mild climate and careful cultivation create ideal conditions for producing some truly exceptional Arabica coffee. 🍒 Raisin, cherry & honeycomb 🍯 Ripe fruit, delicate sweetness & a clean finish What we also love about Rwamatamu is the story behind the coffee. Their work goes beyond producing great coffee, creating opportunities in local communities through fair wages, consistent employment and support for women working in coffee farming. A beautifully clean, sweet and vibrant coffee and one we’re very happy to have across our bars and available online 🖤 by @saintespresso
Origin Spotlight: Your Oat Milk 🥛🌾 We recently spent the day with @momafoods, @jmstratton.co and @robinappelltd, following the journey from British oat field to oat milk on a farm that has been in the same family for over 100 years. From walking the fields and touring the processing facilities to seeing one of the world’s largest combine harvesters at work, it was an opportunity to better understand the people, places and processes behind an ingredient we use every day. The more time we spend with the producers behind what we serve, the more we appreciate the care, expertise and resilience involved, as well as the many hands across the supply chain that make it all possible. Thank you to everyone who welcomed us 🌾☕️ by @saintespresso
