POV: They said “no pics” but served THAT face anyway 👀✨

Story time. ❤️‍🩹

So I had spent an entire week preparing for one of my closest friend’s wedding reception. I genuinely felt like I was in the best shape of my life, was feeling my best, and thought I was going to absolutely kill the look.

But life had other plans. Somewhere during the two-hour drive to the venue, my body suddenly reacted. I started shivering, developed a fever, and my face became so swollen that I looked like I hadn’t slept in days.

I still made it to the red carpet and got papped but honestly, my confidence took a hit that night. Seeing everyone concerned and constantly asking if I was okay made me even more conscious.

But I still tried my best to keep my energy up because, of course, I genuinely wanted to enjoy my friend’s special day.

And it just got me thinking… life is so fucking unpredictable, man. Sometimes, no matter how much you prepare for something or how perfectly you imagine it going, things can turn out completely differently.

I guess that’s life. ❤️
