π₯ Why do boxing coaches constantly recommend extra training sessions, training camps, and tournaments? Is it really all about money? π€
After 15 years of coaching, Iβve learned one thing: thereβs a huge difference between a child who simply attends boxing classes and one who takes the sport seriously.
And itβs not even about medals.
Boxing teaches kids to keep working when things get tough. To never give up after a loss. To overcome challenges and understand that every achievement requires hard work and dedication.
Thatβs exactly why we care so much about developing our young athletes. Our goal isnβt just to teach them how to box, but to give them life skills that will stay with them far beyond the boxing ring. πͺπ₯
If you want serious results, training just twice a week may not be enough.
Parents, what do you think? Are extra training sessions necessary for athletic development, or are they just another way to make money? π
