Thank you I’m enjoying it so much, miss you guys x

Looking for a neutral backsplash? THIS. IS. IT. my backsplash is the number 1 requested link on my page and it’s for good reason!!

This neutral zellige is timeless and adds so much character compared to a standard clean cut backsplash. I love the irregularities in the tile that make it look so custom and unique. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 What do you think!?

This is what creating Lean Latina Habits actually looks like.

Not cutting foods out.
Not pretending you don’t like pan dulce, tamales, or Takis.
But learning how to eat them in a way that supports fat loss.

The habit shift is simple but powerful:
Protein first so you’re not starting meals hungry.
Portions with intention instead of restriction.
Food volume that keeps you satisfied so cravings don’t run the show.

When you build habits like these, your favorite foods stop working against you. Cafecito fits. Tamales fit. Snacks fit. And weight loss becomes something you can maintain instead of constantly restarting.

This is the part most women miss fat loss isn’t about willpower. It’s about how your habits are built around your cultura.

That’s Lean Latina Habits.

This is my beginner-friendly Mexican weight loss guide. Inside, I show you the staple Mexican ingredients you should have at home, how to build simple meals around them, and a few easy sample recipes so you can get started without overthinking it.

The next act requires a different kind of me🍀
