‘Being free’ should be possible for everyone, but it is often a luxury; being able to make ‘straightforward’ decisions or ‘being clear’ is something one can work towards; ‘Being open’ is something I have to work on from time to time, just as I do with something like compassion – that’s how I see it: free, clear, open, compassionate, or free, clear, open, compassionate, serene. Fasted cardio doesn’t burn more body fat. Do your cardio whenever it works best for you Detox and cleanses… You don’t need detox teas, juice cleanses or special drinks. Your liver and kidneys already do this job. Supplements can complement your training and performance, but they’re not the reason you get results. Your food, sleep, effort and consistency are.
