As an advaned guy , it’s fairly easy to be mid session and think , this is wrong I don’t need this . Instantly I felt that today . Based on my needs , I thought , this should be an upper session so I can keep cracking on with quads tomorrow and then glute ham the day after ( the split I have been running for 18 months ) . The reason ? My upper body, including my arms , grows at a much higher rate than my lower body , so it needs less work . That maybe not the case for you , there are some guys and girls that are the polar opposite . I think of @cal.jones_ , who was one of my staff for a period and his legs were SO far ahead of his upper that he basically could stop training them , to focus on his needs . When your smaller , it gets confusing as to what you need and don’t need , it won’t feel immediately obvious , but what is usually the case is all of you needs work , so still sticking with the basic full body eod , or UL , or even PPL is great , and then just rotating what you start the session with , if you want to bias an area ( so train it when freshest ) , will see everything improve at a great rate and the area you start with improve a little faster too .

If you need help assessing your needs , explain to me what your doing atm, what you are thinking and I will help confirm or push back against the plan :)
