100% de acuerdo, para mi lo que mas me marca la seleccion actualmente con todas las técnicas y fermentaciones es el proceso. La conductividad del grano cambia mucho y vuestra ficha técnica ya me muestra toda la info, por mi la mas completa del mercado 🔥 🔥
