@irmroasters @giesenroastingsolutions @mareterracoffeeinstitute #coffeeroastingeducation #scaeducation #roastingskills by @timur1309

A natural love story that created something extraordinary. 👑☕ Born in #Nicaragua from the natural crossing of Maragogype and Caturra, Maracaturra brings together the best of both: impressive size, a vibrant cup profile, and remarkable intensity. Fruity. Floral. Bright. And unmistakably unique. There’s a reason they call it Nicaragua’s Queen. 🇳🇮 Have you ever tasted Maracaturra? by @timur1309
Color, ripeness and a high Brix level can tell us a lot about the quality of the cherry. But looking inside reveals something even more interesting: how the coffee seeds have developed. Normally, two seeds grow inside a coffee cherry. But depending on the plant’s age, nutrition and development, things can turn out differently — from a single round peaberry to an empty parchment alongside a fully developed bean, or even triangular-shaped beans. A closer look at the cherry helps us understand how the plant grows, develops and ultimately shapes the coffee we find in the cup. 🌱 by @timur1309

At 1,635 meters above sea level, Caturra is thriving at La Libertad Farm in Mozote, Nicaragua. 🌱☕️ Known for its quality, Caturra is also a demanding variety, highly susceptible to coffee leaf rust and heavy rainfall. As more producers turn to resistant hybrids, finding Caturra in such good condition and full of healthy coffee cherries is something truly special. 🌿 by @timur1309
Some of the most exclusive coffees, including those from the Silver Back range, are roasted using an @irmroasters roasting machine. Its capacity and size make it particularly suitable for smaller, carefully selected batches, while allowing greater control over the roasting process to highlight specific aromas and sensory notes. A closer look at how @sanjorge.cafe , Mare Terra Coffee and IRM work with specialty coffees to bring out their full potential. ☕ by @timur1309
