Ok moms, we’re not broken, but we might be unstable after a C-section (yes, even years and decades later)💛 . Maybe you’ve noticed this too? It make sense when you think about the disruption to the connective tissue along the midline to make way for baby’s exit 🫶 Follow @madeline_moves and let’s get even stronger with this approach 🤝 . A C-section causes disruption to the core’s layers and as a result can leave your linea alba and deep core system needing specific retraining. These cross-body moves rebuild the connection between your core, opposite inner thigh, and pelvic floor . Try 3 rounds: 10 bench-assisted single-leg crossbody presses 10 contralateral leg raises 10 dumbbell woodchops 10 single-leg sit-to-stands with a pillow or ball between your legs . PSA: these muscle systems are used in all of our daily life and beneficial to EVERYONE to train, there just might need a little extra attention after surgery to restore function and here’s how— . Like the post ❤️ and Comment “CROSSBODY” and I’m happy to send more info on this if you want to ensure your training represents this! . 📣📣 And if you’re doing the fall challenge (sign ups end Thursday ⏰), we had so much today from rotational presses to cross body chops to single leg stability and Contralateral deadbugs 💪🏼 what did I miss?

📰 NUR.KZ
