Somehow…through hardships untold and Getty Images unnumbered…this man has been my constant companion for 12 years. For 12 years I have come home to him, slept next to him, cried in his arms and laughed in his arms. Shared everything with him. from the moment we met at a movie premiere to the many times I lost my car in Hollywood parking garages and he stayed with me until I found it (like ryan gosling in La La Land but without the passive aggressive tap dancing), he has been there. The immovable object of my life. I love you, Kyle. I love you so much that those words don’t even feel like enough. My very soul is entwined with yours and the two can never be separated. Happy anniversary 💕 (Fun fact: the very last photo in this carousel is the very first photo we ever took together, on August 12, 2014, after a night spent trying - and failing- to watch the Perseid meteor shower. It was taken at a pub called Tipple and Brine, which no longer exists, but the only thing I remember other than Kyle was that they had amazing Mac and cheese)
