When I close my eyes, this is my heart goes. It's not much, but it's home to my family. It is a safe place from the ongoing genocidal hell that has been happening above their heads for the past 3yrs. My family needs to rebuild there home for the 4th time in the last 2yrs, prior to their tent they had spent some time in a shared apartment over the winter of 2024, but the greed of people meant they had to go to the tent city, when all they wanted to do was go home to their house in Rafah, where they were happy before Oct 7th. But even before then, they had needed to dodge the bullets and bombs, listen to the Drones 24/7 and some days struggle to fresh food and medicine.

But no matter what happens, one thing never changes... Hope.
Hope that one day it will all end and they'll be FREE.
