Dat doet me oprecht ontzettend veel. ❤️ Een extra groot dankjewel aan mijn muzikale vrienden @sjorsvandeneerenbeemt ,@johndirneofficial en @damount . Wat bijzonder om dit moment samen met jullie te mogen beleven. Dankbaar. ❤️

A 2022 randomized controlled trial found that postmenopausal women who ate 50 grams of prunes per day (about 5–6 prunes) preserved their total hip bone mineral density over 12 months compared with women who did not eat prunes. Researchers believe prunes may help reduce bone resorption while providing nutrients and polyphenols that support bone health. Are prunes a replacement for lifting weights or impact exercise? No. You’re not that lucky my friend to be saved by the prune. The healthy bone 🦴 needs: Resistance training Impact exercise Adequate protein Calcium and vitamin D3 with K2 Nutrition matters for your bone health and your gut health. Your gut health is tied to your bone health, so part of me believes the fiber alone in these prunes is a good thing. @dorothylanemarket has the most delicious prunes in the bulk section. I really didn’t even want to post this because I’m genuinely over the situation. But I still can’t wrap my head around WHY he did what he did. Like, what was the reason? 😭 None of it makes sense. And then to turn around and call ME dumb? Oh, absolutely not. 😂 I’m putting the whole story and receipts in one video because I have no desire to keep talking about this. After this, the chapter is CLOSED. Some things you truly cannot make up. 💀 Sorry if I’m yelling! 🤣 I used to work in a bar, and I got so used to screaming over loud music that I still catch myself doing it.🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ I don’t give a damn about an NFL career. I didn’t even pay attention to any of that until after we started talking. None of that impressed me. I liked him for who I thought he was. And he messaged me first, so I didn’t go looking for “his kind.” like the men are claiming 🙄 This was never about creating drama, exposing anyone, or embarrassing anybody. I’m simply sharing my personal experience because I want other single moms to be careful. Take your time, ask questions, and verify who someone really is before introducing them to your children. I don’t date often, so I will start asking for full names at the beginning from now on. I’m learning too. I don’t know everything... xoxoxo .
