It doesn’t matter how warm it is outside, it’s fall in my mouth! Mmmmm. Best candy.

Takeoff changed the whole energy on this 💯 Migos recorded their “Fire in the Booth” with Charlie Sloth for BBC Radio 1Xtra, and it was billed as the group’s first “Fire in the Booth” appearance. A later write-up around the release said the group had done the session during a UK visit earlier that year, with the video dropping afterward. The timing matters because it came during the same broader stretch when Migos were building the style that would become one of the defining rap sounds of the mid-2010s. By that point, the trio’s chemistry was already built around three distinct voices, which is exactly why sessions like this still get revisited. The platform matters too. “Fire in the Booth” had already become one of the best-known rap freestyle formats in the UK, and Charlie Sloth’s series was widely treated as a major stop for rappers doing promo, freestyles, and radio appearances outside of official releases. 💯 Who had the best part of this freestyle? ⁉️ 🎥 Via: BBC Radio 1Xtra / Fire In The Booth - Migos • Follow Us For More! 🔥 • #rap #hiphop #rapmusic #hiphopmusic #music
