You should be more worried about buying beans and rice and a water purifier, u have resources now, ahead of the collapse. So your the last person ima be feeding once this cracks off. Get 2half years of both min. Sealed cooking oil in tin sugar and salt ,rice and flour in heat sealable Mylar bags with oxygen absorption tablets. I have about two half years now for two people. Looking to get to five year threshold and a HIGE FK off baker creek seed library open pollinated organic garden seeds.
