🚨🎙️| Pedri’s pre-match press conference ahead of PSG vs Barça:

🎙️| Pedri on PSG: “I expect a beautiful battle. Both midfields struggle without possession, so whoever controls the ball will have the advantage. We’re in good form and going into the match with great confidence.”

🎙️| Pedri on the importance of the match: “It’s a very tough game against a strong opponent, but we want to win. We don’t see it as a final. Facing PSG is the perfect test to see our level against Europe’s best teams.”

🎙️| Pedri on Rodri: “Rodri gives us control and stability in midfield. He allows me more freedom to attack because he rarely loses the ball. He’s a game-changing player, and we’ve raised the quality of our squad.”

🎙️| Pedri on Barça’s mentality: “At Barça, you have to prove yourself every day. Lose one match and people start talking about a crisis. You always have to be at your best. Even if it’s Paris, you have to go out to win and be better than them.”

🎙️| Pedri on Ferran Torres: “I hope he doesn’t have much luck tomorrow! If he plays, I hope he doesn’t score. I wish him all the best for the rest of the season. We have a great relationship and still talk regularly.”

🎙️| Pedri on Vitinha: “He’s one of the best, if not the best, at controlling the game and keeping possession. PSG really feel his absence when he doesn’t play. I enjoy facing players like him because you test yourself against the best.”

🎙️| Pedri on scoring chances: “We have many players capable of scoring. We’re creating so many chances that eventually the goals come because we keep pushing.”

🎙️| Pedri on Anthony Gordon: “I get along really well with Gordon. He’s a great person, and his quality has genuinely surprised me. We’d faced him before, but seeing him every day is different. He’ll bring a lot to the team.”

🎙️| Pedri on Ousmane Dembélé: “Ousmane always impressed me in training. He could do things that ordinary players simply couldn’t. At Barça, he showed his talent but lacked consistency. At PSG, he’s found that stability, which helped him win the Ballon d’Or. He’s also a dear friend of mine.”

🎙️| Pedri: “Lamine Yamal is the best player in the world”.
