Three countries. One heritage workwear outfit. 🇺🇸🇯🇵🇩🇰

American Rogue Territory meets Japanese Iron Heart, brought together by a Danish workwear guy. An waxed RGT supply jacket and a pair of Chelsea boots, Iron Heart heavyweight selvedge denim and a simple white thermal knit — rugged menswear with a little sunshine in the mix.

That’s my kind of heritage workwear: great pieces from different places, worn my way.

Which two brands would you bring together for your own outfit? 👇

What do you guys think? Does all abduction just grow the upper Glute Max? Or does leaning forward draw the lower Glute Max into play? Personally, I think transverse plane would grow the lower fibers. This is just a guess, as we currently have no longitude studies examining hypertrophy. @ben_yanes

Anxiety is something I’ve struggled with for a long time and I know a lot of people deal with things internally that nobody else would ever know about. Sometimes, just hearing someone else put an experience into words can make you feel a little less alone in your own.

We spend so much time thinking about how to make our bodies look better, move better, and become stronger. But I think taking care of our mental health deserves just as much attention.

That’s something I want to make more space for here. Fitness is the starting point, but I hope this community can be about more than that. A place where we can challenge ourselves, support each other and grow in ways that go beyond the physical.

That’s also a big part of why I’m building my app and this community. I want to make fitness more accessible and create something that helps people feel connected to something bigger than themselves.

I’m still figuring things out myself, but if sharing my experiences helps someone else feel a little less alone, then it’s worth it.

If you’d like to join me on this new platform for my next challenge in November, the details are in my bio, or comment CORE and I’ll send them your way.

Thanks for being part of this journey with me.
